S-Subscription terms and conditions update
Dear investors and partners, the functionality of subscription to do business in the investment group of S-Group has been successfully updated and is already available for activation in your personal cabinet. We have prepared a detailed description of the new conditions of S-Subscription, so you can explore all the features in more detail and choose the desired tariff plan, depending on the size of your team and investment objectives.

Opportunities and benefits of S-Subscription
S-Subscription is a tool that gives each partner the opportunity to earn income in all of the company’s investment directions, and includes the following benefits throughout the S-Group ecosystem.
– Affiliate Rewards. Get referral rewards in all directions of the company.
– Bonus Rewards. Receive career bonuses for reaching new levels in the marketing plan.
– Plan Improvements. Upgrade your tariff plan to increase your rewards limit in the first 90 days after activation, and only pay the difference. You can also upgrade at any time after 90 days, but you’ll have to pay the full cost of the new plan.
With S-Subscription, every partner has the opportunity to effectively develop his or her own business, multiply capital and move up the career ladder according to the marketing plan. Updated tariff plans open new perspectives in all investment directions of the S-Group fund and allow receiving more referral and bonus rewards.
S-Subscription tariff plans
As part of the subscription to doing business S-Subscription, 7 tariff plans are available for users: Free, Lite, Standard, Pro, Business, Professional and Premium. All plans except Premium have limits on referral and bonus rewards. Let’s consider each of them in detail.
– Free. It is a free plan, which is activated by default and implies an annual reward limit of 300 SWCT.
– Lite. The annual cost is 100 SWCT. If you activate the Lite plan, your reward limit is 1 000 SWCT per month.
– Standard. The annual cost is 300 SWCT. If you activate the Standard plan, your reward limit is 3 000 SWCT per month.
– Pro. The annual cost is 500 SWCT. If you activate the Pro plan, your reward limit is 5 000 SWCT per month.
– Business. The annual cost is 1 000 SWCT. If you activate the Business plan, your reward limit is 10 000 SWCT per month.
– Professional. The annual cost is 2 000 SWCT. If you activate a Professional plan, your reward limit is 20 000 SWCT per month.
– Premium. The annual cost is 3 000 SWCT. If you activate the Premium tariff you have an opportunity to get unlimited referral and bonus rewards.
S-Subscription tariff plan activation and upgrade
1. You can activate the S-Subscription tariff plan in your personal S-Group cabinet in the section “S-Subscription”. You just have to choose the tariff you want and pay for the annual subscription.
2. You can upgrade your tariff at any time. But during the first 90 days after activation of the tariff plan you can switch to an improved tariff, having paid only the difference in the cost of plans.
For example, if you have activated the Pro plan with a monthly limit of 5,000 SWCT for 500 SWCT, you can upgrade to the Business plan with a new monthly limit of 10,000 SWCT within the first 90 days and only pay the difference of 500 SWCT.
If you upgrade your plan later than 90 days after activation, you’ll need to pay the full price to get the plan you want.
3. If your current S-Subscription plan is ending, you should consider renewing it early. You can renew up to 30 days before your subscription ends.
For example, you bought a new subscription 10 days before your current subscription ends. This means that your new plan will automatically renew the same day your current subscription will end.
Referral rewards for a plan activation by a partner of your team
In case a partner in your team gets a higher subscription than you have, you get a career percentage of the amount, which is equal to the cost of your own subscription.
For example, your level is 13% and you have the Pro subscription (500 SWCT), while a partner of any level in your team purchases the Business subscription (1000 SWCT). In this case you get 13% of your plan cost – 500 SWCT, the referral reward amount will be equal to 65 SWCT.
To get more referral rewards, you need to activate a higher class tariff plan.
Please note. All S-Subscription plans that your teammates activate will count into your team turnover.
