August 2022 saw a major upgrade and the addition of S-Group’s own convertible token SWCT to the ecosystem. It is designed to maintain a stable economic component as well as make secure, blockchain-traceable, instant financial transactions.  

SWCT provides the ability to freely and quickly convert a digital asset into fiat, providing a blockchain advantage while avoiding volatility.  

SWCT holders gain security, transparency and stability. And they can use the token in the ecosystem to invest in destinations, earn profits and referrals, and apply it as a means of payment. 

SWCT is a stable, secure and profitable asset that provides a sense of security for your funds and the freedom to manage them. 

The new version of the SWP smart contract

In September 2022, we implemented a major update to the SWP token smart contract version. The main purpose of the update was to free the company and the entire community of SWP holders from potential risks. The new version takes into account the discovered technical vulnerabilities and adds new features that were not present in the first version. The update is aimed at improving the dynamics of the project, community scaling, as well as increasing asset security for all SWP token holders!

2022 was also the year of the beginning of active development of the company’s own cryptocurrency exchange. Soon we will show you the design of the exchange, its functionality and beta version.

One of the most important strategic steps on the way to ensuring the stability, reliability, and trust of millions of users was the development of our own exchange token. The crypto-exchange ecosystem’s service token, which is used to pay for services, as well as an investment asset to hedge risks during market downturns. An exchange token provides holders with various bonuses and benefits when dealing with exchange-traded instruments and products.

The second important strategic step towards the creation of a cryptocurrency exchange and the development of the exchange token was the Private Sale of the exchange token. At the end of 2022, we successfully conducted the first round of Ticket Private Sale.

As part of the Ticket Private Sale, the price of the token was $0.3.

The feature of this round was the multi-ticket system, in which partners earned tickets and allocation. And now the whole S-Group team is already actively preparing for the next rounds. So you have a lot of interesting things to look forward to in the new year.

Updating and adding new features in the S-Group member’s area

No less active in 2022 we worked on improving the design and functionality of the S-Group private office. We added a lot of new functions, changed the design of the dashboard in the personal cabinet, and updated the interface of the investment areas on the page “Investments”. In addition, we launched a new information area.

S-Media information line

In April 2022 we launched a new information direction, S-Media. The main news of the company were published regularly, we told about important changes and achievements, as well as about strategic plans.

Also, the section “S-Media” was added to the personal account of the investor S-Group, so everyone can quickly and easily get acquainted with the information about each direction, as well as learn the latest news and updates.

In June 2022 we updated our dashboard, making it more informative, handy and useful for every S-Group member. The updated dashboard consists of two information blocks: investment portfolio and income statistics.

– The “Investment portfolio” block displays detailed information on the number and amount of deposits in each direction.

– The “Income Statistics” section displays income statistics for 30 days and for all time for each of the areas in which you invested.

Our main goal is to make the interaction with S-Group as convenient, comfortable and clear for each user and partner.

Renewal of design of investment areas

After the upgrade, investment destinations have become more comfortable and understandable for users. In each direction, you can find a presentation with a detailed description of the conditions of investment, and an intuitive interface may understand even the person who meets the S-Group for the first time.

In addition, the page of each direction has a video, which shows in detail and clearly shows the work and investment conditions in the direction. Immediately on the page you can also quickly make an investment, taking into account all the information provided in an understandable form.

Independent Entrepreneur Agreement

Also in June, the new marketing verification functionality “Independent Entrepreneur Contract” was implemented. The new functionality meant entering into new agreements with the company so that partners could participate in the marketing plan and receive premium rewards.

The second month of summer was marked by an update to the terms in reaching new career levels at S-Group. After the update, the team’s marketing turnover was counted under the following conditions to move to the new career levels:

– 100% of the amount invested by in-person users;

– 50% of the amount of investments in existing branches, but from one branch a maximum of 33% of the required turnover of the reached level could be taken into account.

Along with the update was recalculated team turnover of all partners. But the marketing level of each remained unchanged. The update has only affected the achievement of the new levels, because it is carried out according to the new conditions.

International offline meetings that unite

The year 2022 was truly packed with both online and offline meetings that inspired, motivated, and energized every partner in attendance with lightning speed. This year we held a large-scale business intensive in Istanbul, an offline conference in Antalya and a business forum in Moscow.

The end of spring was notable for a large-scale S-Group Business Forum, where everyone received a flood of new knowledge and skills, a charge of motivation and energy, as well as inspiration and like-minded people to reach new career heights. In addition, experienced Top Leaders of the company, who shared their personal invaluable experience and secrets of success, as well as answered all the questions of the partners spoke at the business forum.    

Powerful Business Intensive in Istanbul 

The middle of summer 2022 pleased S-Group partners with a powerful and energetic business-intensive event in sunny Istanbul, which was attended by partners of level 13% and above.

The event provided attendees with the opportunity to learn first-hand about upcoming plans, updates and new investment offers. In addition, each partner received a wealth of new knowledge and answers to questions from the company’s Top Leaders, who shared their personal success stories. 

The venue was equally exciting and motivating, as we chose one of the city’s most chic hotels overlooking the Bosphorus and Dolmabahce Palace — the Swiss Bosphorus.

But that’s not all. Only within the framework of the S-Group Business Intensive the partners got an opportunity to be present at the speech of Isaac Pintosevich, one of the world’s best business trainers, an expert in motivation for super achievement.

In September 2022 S-Group held an offline conference “Effective strategies for investments in 2022”. During the conference, the attendees received valuable advice as well as personal experience from the Top Leaders, given which they were able to start moving in the right direction and feel confident in the field of investment. In April 2022 the official website of S-Forex investment department was updated. The design has become more modern, the site is informative and convenient to look through all the trading indicators. On S-Forex website you will find a detailed description of the direction and conditions of investments, statistics of yield over the years, brokers, and all information you need to start investing.

S-Pharmaceutical

For S-Pharmaceutical, the year 2022 was a really productive and eventful year. From changes to the main website, to a complete update to the investment offerings for platform users.

S-Pharmaceutical Investment Offer Update

In 2022, S-Pharmaceutical became a group of vertically integrated companies in Switzerland in growing, processing, producing and distributing sales of high CBD cannabis.

The goal of the project is to become the European market leader among vertically integrated companies with highly efficient cultivation, extraction, and distribution of a quality product with a wide range of products.

Within the direction, partners can create investments in companies for production, extraction, distribution, products or choose the full cycle and create an investment in all companies.

Launch of investment rounds of S-Pharmaceutical

In April 2022 there was a start of investment rounds of direction S-Pharmaceutical. As part of the start of investment rounds, the functionality of direct payment and 50/50 with the use of S-Forex deposit and available balance was added. On May 11, the S-Pharmaceutical investment pools were closed. On May 27, 2022, early investors received the first dividend of 17%, and the next dividend of 21% accrued in September.

In September 2022, S-Pharmaceutical’s official direction website was updated. After the update, the site became even more informative and displayed all the relevant information for users in a convenient interface.

The site detailed information about the companies of production, extraction, sales and products, as well as all the terms, objectives, and details of the direction, as well as analytics and prospects for scaling.

In July 2022, S-Group partners who have reached the 15%+ level had the opportunity to visit S-Pharmaceutical’s production facility in Switzerland in person and see how medical cannabis production works from the inside.

Liquidity Mining SWP

In September 2022, the conditions in the Liquidity Mining SWP direction were updated due to the addition of the SWCT token. After the change, deposit creation is available in a 50/50 SWP/SWCT pair, and higher ranking partners are credited with the turnover from the SWCT deposit portion, which depends on the deposit creation period. In addition, referral fees are credited in SWP tokens.

Also in September, the accrual schedule in the Liquidity Mining SWP direction was updated. After the update, the accrual of income to the balance of investors instead of 9:00 UTC will be at 21:00 UTC. This update helped us to optimize and improve the performance of S-Group personal account for each partner and make your interaction with the platform more comfortable and convenient.

S-IPO

In March 2022 we started the second round of investments in the direction of S-IPO. The size of the investment pool was $2.5 mln, while you could start investing from $500. Thanks to the joint efforts with each partner of S-Group, we were able to make 2022 a truly memorable year for bright and productive meetings, the launch of new investment areas and reaching higher and higher career heights. The Results & Achievements of S-Group 2022 are due to our partnery and we are sincerely grateful to each of you for your contribution to the development of the entire group of investment companies, S-Group. That is why in 2023 we have prepared for you even more global and large-scale updates, incredible and enchanting meetings, as well as in commensurable charge of energy, motivation and new achievements.

And we will start to implement these plans with the upcoming event in Dubai, dedicated to the three-year anniversary of S-Group. You will be filled with energy and motivation for the full year of 2023, and spend it with the maximum growth, as well as conquering new career peaks.

In addition, we are already ready to reveal the veil of plans and tell about new opportunities for top-leaders of S-Group with the level of 16%+. In the new year there will be an S-Group Millionaires Club, within the framework of which the Top Leaders will have an opportunity to be present at the biggest events. And the nearest such event is a cruise ship trip for S-Group partners. During this large-scale event, the Top Leaders of the Millionaires’ Club will be able not only to exchange experience with each other, but also to have a rest in a pleasant company.
